At IFM FinCoach, we strive to provide high-quality financial coaching and advisory services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring refunds or cancellations. Please review our policy below:

1. Registration Fee:

• The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Coaching Fees:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund of the coaching fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Workshops & Events:

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the coaching fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the coaching fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

4. Refund Processing:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
